All Beef processed per customers request on our cut sheet. All Beef is cryo-vac and flash frozen to lock in the the freshness and to ensure the highest quality of final USDA black angus beef product.
Customer should expect to be delivered approximately 70% of the hanging carcass weight in packaged beef. Generally, our hanging carcuss weights are between 750 to 950lbs.
Price for Whole and Half Sides of Beef include Final Beef delivery from the USDA processing facility to the customer.
